Roles and Responsibilities @ Vaeso Inc:

  • Talent Management and Team Engagement for continuous upskilling of TMs to stay abreast with recent trends and technologies. 
  • Launching and managing training initiatives for all the platform development teams
  • Controlling and approving the content creation for various training projects
  • Managing the training delivery process from initiation to conclusion and guiding the team
  • Training Need Analysis (TNA) for the software teams
  • Develop and Improve training programs to ensure better learning infrastructure
  • Identifying and Conducting Web Based Training, WBT, CBT
  • Identifying and Conducting effective Instructor Led Trainings, ILT
  • Preparing course evaluation assessments
  • Develop and Conduct Soft skill training for employees in the organization.

Achievements:

  1. Streamlined the Onboarding and KT process for New Joiners with well defined SOP for the process.
  2. Leading the Product development that engage and facilitate Talent Management, Skillset Analysis and Upskilling of TMs.

 


 

Worked as  Technical Director for SBCS India Pvt Ltd Since July 2018 till 22nd July 2021. 

Roles and Responsibilities @ SBCS India:

Take up freelance end to end IT projects on Web Development, Android Development, IOS Development, Custom ERP Portals, Digital Marketing, Workshops / Training on CLoud Computing, Recent trends in Web, Recent IT Architectures . 

Manage end to end IT Operations and IT Infrastructure for SBCS and associated client activities for smooth execution of Man power sourcing and Recruitment activities.

 

Achievements:

  1. Lead and Developed a IT Recruitment Portal which engaged Tech Mahindra, LeEco, HCL, Microland actively for their recruitment process.
  2. Lead and Developed Campus Admission management portal for the Leads Generation.
  3. Developed an Online assessment tool for MCQ’s and Essay Assessments for a client in Mysore (Career Prime then – Currently Campus Clicks )
  4. Took key role in Campus recruitment engagements of Tech M, HCL, Microland, Le Eco, Career Prime.

Practicing Agriculture in own farm lands Prashanth Organics to learn and promote ZBNF – Zero Budget Natural Farming with the vision to provide healthy and nutritional food to our consumers. (Only during lockdown duration and had sufficient time to contribute in learning Agriculture)

Roles and Responsibilities @ Prashanth Organics :

  1. Improve the soil fertility following natural farming methods
  2. cultivate the vegetable based crops that are chemical and residue free to the consumers
  3. Plan and execute innovative methodologies to reduce the investment and increase the yield of the crops.

Achievements:

  1. Best Youth Farmer Award in krishi mela by GKVK and Govt of karnataka in 2020.
  2. Taluk Level Best farmer award by ATMA honored by Member of Legislative Assembly and Department of Agriculture in 2021.
  3. Received District Level Super Star Farmer Award by Vijaya Karnataka in 2021.
  4. Received State Level Super Star Farmer Award by Vijaya Karnataka in 2021.

 

Worked as Assistant Professor and HR Manager – Department of Information Science and Engineering  & Department of Human Resource Development in Cambridge Institute of Technology from 2nd Nov 2014 till 26th July 2018.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1.   Subject Expertise in : Web Programming, Unix , Software Engineering, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Software Architecture, Cloud Computing,  Data Mining and Data Warehouse ,Storage Area Networks.
  2.   Information Technology : Design and Development of websites and web portals of Cambridge Group of Institutions, ERP Development and Management, E-Resource Management, Digital Marketing (SEO , SEM, ORM) and Branding.

  1. Corporate Relations : Interaction with company HRs to build a strong relation between the institution and the industry / company.
  2. Recruitment Drives : Organizing campus and pool recruitment drives (Placement drives).
  3. Training : Organizing and Monitoring the trainings for students to ensure holistic development of students.
