Passion to Perform, Commitment to Serve.
“ By birth, an agriculturist. By choice, an educationist. By profession, a technologist.
Fifteen-plus years spent connecting students to careers, land to livelihood, and ideas to working software — across academia, agriculture, and technology.
Prepare people well, grow food honestly, and build technology that actually gets used.
At heart, Prashanth is a technical person with a strong pull toward team leadership and process management — a mindset shaped by his BE and MTech in Computer Science & Engineering, and carried into everything he's built since. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science.
At SJB Institute of Technology, he heads the Department of Human Resource Development across training and placements — counselling students, sharpening their readiness for the hiring market, and building the industry relationships that turn a degree into a job offer. Before this, he worked as Assistant Professor and Placement Officer at reputed institutions, including nearly four years at Cambridge Institute of Technology, and spent time in industry as Technical Director and Learning & Development Lead at Vaeso Inc., a US-based IT product company.
He is instrumental and dynamic in upskilling students on campus — guiding them end-to-end on soft skills, quantitative aptitude, and technical skills against industry expectations from freshers, with a roadmap that has helped students successfully claim offers from international and product-based companies, including packages up to ₹60 LPA.
Raised in an agricultural family, Prashanth kept that connection alive through Prashanth Organics, working in honey and bee keeping — work with the farming community that's been recognised at state and national level.
On the technology side, he owns Campus Clap Solutions, taking on end-to-end IT work: web and mobile development, custom ERP portals, and training on cloud computing and current web architectures.
Distinct fields, one working method: understand the ground reality first, then build for it.

An apiary-led venture centred on honey and bee keeping — raising healthy hives and producing pure, natural honey.
